A Sweet Keto Breakfast Recipe That’s Super Quick & Easy To Make With Simple Ingredients
If you’re a peanut butter fan, then you are going to love this easy keto peanut butter chaffle recipe. There’s nothing like a sweet low carb breakfast that tastes like heaven! They are made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand especially if you’re already following a ketogenic diet.
You won’t believe how delicious these simple low carb peanut butter waffles are with a little bit of sugar-free syrup. I also like to spread either butter or a little extra peanut butter over top, cause why not?
Easy Keto Peanut Butter Chaffle Recipe
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of monk fruit or Swerve
Simply mix together the 5 ingredients and pour HALF of the batter into a greased pre-heated mini waffle maker. Close the lid and allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes or until the automatic timer or light goes off; repeat for next waffle.
I prefer to eat these nutty waffles for breakfast with a little butter spread over top and drizzled with a sugar-free syrup, but you could also just eat them as a snack. So delicious! You could even serve these with this easy keto whipped cream. Talk about guilt-free indulgence!

- Mini Waffle Maker
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter (without added sugar)
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp monk fruit (or low carb sweetener of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker and mix everything together in a small bowl.
- Use a non-stick spray to grease the waffle maker and then pour HALF of the batter in. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes or until the automatic timer or lights goes off; repeat for next waffle.
- Serve alone or with a little butter and sugar free syrup! Mmm
