Keto Pizza Dough Ingredients
This makes 2 delicious mini pizzas in your mini waffle maker. Be sure to sprinkle the griddle with a little cheese before pouring your batter on to make them extra crispy.
- 1 large egg
- 1 heaping tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (plus more for topping)
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder

I recommend a sugar free pizza sauce like Rao’s or Primal Kitchen.
Once you’ve got your pizza crusts made, allow them to cool for a few minutes before topping with sauce and cheese. This allows the steam to dissipate so that they get crispy instead of soggy.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (plus more for topping)
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- pizza sauce
- pizza toppings of choice (like pepperoni)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and plug in your mini waffle maker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the egg, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Once your mini waffle maker is hot, sprinkle on a little bit of mozzarella cheese and then pour HALF of the batter in. Sprinkle with more cheese and close the lid. Cook until the automatic timer goes off. Repeat for 2nd crust.
- Place them on a small baking sheet and allow them to cool for a few minutes so that they don't get soggy.
- Top with sauce, shredded cheese, and the pizza toppings of your choice.
- Bake for 4-7 minutes. Enjoy!
