Ingredients
1egg
2tbsppeanut butter or nut butter(without added sugar)
1/3cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1tbspmonk fruit (or low carb sweetener of your choice)
1/2tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your mini waffle maker and mix everything together in a small bowl.
Use a non-stick spray to grease the waffle maker and then pour HALF of the batter in. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes or until the automatic timer or lights goes off; repeat for next waffle.
Serve alone or with a little butter and sugar free syrup! Mmm
